If you have received a defective product (items broken or missing pieces), take a photo and please send it to us immediately at info@mbellishing.com within 3 business days of receiving your item(s). We will instruct you further on what actions are needed thereafter.  All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. In addition, shipping returned items are at the cost of the customer. Once the item(s) has been returned and inspected, a store credit for the item(s) only will be issued. Most of The M'Bellishing products are exclusive; therefore, there is a risk that your returned item is NOT in stock.
